Some pharmacies give out free or subsidised medication through the Barbados Drug Service — free at government polyclinics, or for a dispensing fee at participating private pharmacies. Others, marked “Private (no benefit)”, are not in the scheme. Tick “Free & subsidised medicine” to show only those that take part. Opening hours can change, so call ahead to confirm.
